8yo Little Girl Killed, Family Shot as Cops Fire 25 Rounds Into Innocent Crowd at Football Game

27 October 2021

When 8-year-old Fanta Bility and her family attended a high school football game back in August, they never imagined that their worst nightmare would come true that night. Sadly, however, according to a lawsuit filed this week, thanks to a group of trigger happy police officers using excessive force, that is exactly what happened. As Fanta and her family walked out of the game that night, police opened fire into their group, killing Fanta and wounding several others, including her older sister. It has been two months since little Fanta took her last breath and no one has been charged. ...

One of the killer cops, Devon Smith, was already an accomplished screw up. 30 days prior to the murder of 8-year-old Fanta Bility, a default judgement was rendered against Devon Smith for the unreasonable search and malicious prosecution of a local black man named Juan House.

Devon Smith was such a screwup that neither he nor the police department bothered to show up in court to answer the suit. Yet despite such demonstrated ineptitude, they continued to let him run around with a gun and play cop.

Cop Kills 8-Year-Old Girl; Two Teens Charged With Her Murder
Fanta Bility's death has revived an under-the-radar debate about the doctrine of transferred intent

12 November 2021

Two Pennsylvania teens are staring down first-degree murder charges after a bullet killed 8-year-old Fanta Bility outside of a high school football game in August this year. Neither Angelo "A.J." Ford, 16, nor Hasein Strand, 18, fired that fatal shot. A police officer did, but the two teens were charged under the concept of transferred intent, which allows the state to prosecute someone for a crime he didn't technically commit if it happened during the commission of a related offense. On August 27, Ford allegedly threatened Strand and his friends with a handgun at an Academy Park High School football ...

Cops Killed a Little Girl Then Charged Two Teens Who Were a Block Away With Her Murder

22 November 2021

When 8-year-old Fanta Bility and her family attended a high school football game back in August, they never imagined that their worst nightmare would come true that night. Sadly, however, thanks to a group of trigger happy police officers using excessive force, that is exactly what happened. Now, because cops in America don’t hold themselves accountable for their own actions, they are charging two teenage boys with Fanta’s murder — despite the fact that she died at the hands of police guns. As Fanta and her family walked out of the game that night, police opened fire into their group, ...

Three Pennsylvania cops are facing homicide and reckless endangerment charges in the 2021 shooting death of an 8-year-old girl at a high school football game.
