A Rochester Police officer was arrested by deputies after driving drunk on Monday. Rochester Police Officer Steven Kovacic, 53, was arrested and charged with DWI, driving to left of pavement markings, and stopping, standing, or parking outside of business or residence districts. The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says around 11:50 p.m. they responded to State Route 441 East of Canandaigua Road in the Town of Walworth to find Kovacic partially blocking the westbound lane of traffic while asleep at the wheel.
