- The single mother was arrested in August for driving while intoxicated when she crashed her car into a small tree while driving her five children in El Paso
- Her civil rights attorney Randall Kallinen has since released medical records from that night which confirm she was 'clinically sober'
- Kallinen also shared a letter from the Texas Department of Public Safety that stated that Barnes' license was reinstated due to 'passed blood or breath results'
- Barnes claims that she was brutally beaten by an officer during her arrest while another officer 'blocked' the view from the El Paso Fire Department on the scene
- The El Paso County District Attorney's Office has yet to drop the charges
