Eighth Circuit (Again) Says There's Nothing Wrong With Detaining Innocent Minors At Gunpoint

What's unreasonable for law enforcement to do when searching for a criminal suspect? Not much, apparently. The Eighth Circuit Appeals Court has handed down a ruling that says detaining minors at gunpoint is just good policework when they're in the general vicinity of a suspected criminal act.
