Mistrial declared in Henry Green wrongful death lawsuit

After jurors could not come to a unanimous decision, a mistrial has been declared in a federal wrongful death suit filed by the family of Henry Green. Green was shot to death by police in June 2016 when he was 23 years old. The following year, Green's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit in United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio against the City of Columbus. A Franklin County grand jury determined that two Columbus Police officers should not be criminally charged.
