A Glastonbury police lieutenant has been accused of driving home drunk from a Massachusetts bar and lying to Enfield police officers after he crashed his car, according to a report. On Monday, Enfield police arrested Kevin Troy, 48, of East Windsor. Troy was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and interfering with/resisting an officer.
