A recently-arrested New Haven police officer allegedly used the department’s law enforcement computer system to learn about and harass a person known to her, according to two affidavits filed in the case. Monique Moore, 36, of New Haven is charged with second-degree harassment, third-degree breach of peace and, in a separately charged case, two counts of third-degree computer crimes on Nov. 2. The affidavits, written by Sgt. Brendan Canning Jr., lay out the alleged cases and are filed in the Elm Street Superior Court.
