They found it suspicious to see a Fort Wayne Police squad car parked and still running on the side of the road in the early morning hours of St. Patrick’s Day. When they walked up to the window, the man inside appeared to be asleep with his hand still on his squad car’s computer. They knocked to wake him up, but he passed out within seconds.
