Today a Goshen police officer charged in a domestic battery case is expected back in court. Joshua Owens is accused of strangling and slapping a woman. The alleged incident happened in November of last year. The woman claims Owens came home drunk and demanded she make him food. She told investigators when she refused, Owens allegedly choked and slapped her and threatened her with a gun. Two 13-year-olds were also in the house.
