An off-duty Paterson police officer was arrested Thursday and accused of driving drunk and causing a multi-car crash that injured another motorist last month in Clifton, authorities said. Noel Ramos, 27, of Garfield, is charged with assault by auto causing bodily injury within a school zone, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving, according to a statement from the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
