The cops should have arrested him on the spot for this behavior, but I guess it's ok if another responder acts like a ... cop.

A Dallas paramedic who was caught on camera kicking a homeless man in 2019 has had his paramedic license suspended, according to state records. State records show Brad Cox has a license to be an emergency medical technician - paramedic (EMT-P). It was suspended on Nov. 5, 2021.
