Wall Township settled a lawsuit Wednesday filed by a police dispatcher who alleged he was subjected to discrimination due to his disability, racially charged name calling, and other workplace hostilities by police officers and supervisors. The resolution occurred less than a week before jury selection was scheduled to begin amid already fraught times for the town, which was recently rocked by allegations of hazing and sexual assaults among Wall high school students.
